Welcome to my website. My name is Mesfin Tezera, and I am very excited to introduce you to the heart of Ethiopia. Addis Ababa is a beautiful city located in the highlands, serving as the vibrant political capital of Africa. It is a place where deep history meets a fast-growing modern world. Through this site, I want to share the unique culture, delicious food, and friendly people that make this city so special.
Addis Ababa houses the National Museum of Ethiopia, home to "Lucy," the world-famous fossil of an early human ancestor who lived over three million years ago. Beyond its rich history, the city offers beautiful landscapes and unique wildlife found nowhere else on Earth.

One of the best parts about visiting Addis Ababa is the incredible friendliness of its people. Hospitality is a deep part of the culture, best experienced through the traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony. Families welcome guests to enjoy fresh coffee as a symbol of deep friendship and respect.

Ethiopia's isolated highlands have created "islands in the sky," allowing distinct wildlife to evolve in total isolation. You can see rare endemic species such as the Ethiopian Wolf, Gelada Baboon, and the Walia Ibex.
